The automatic wire winding machine uses automatic wire laying and tensioning techniques. This machine is suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized distribution transformers, transformers, reactor coils, and similar processes of coil winding.
It consists of a main winding machine, automatic wire laying device, layer insulation device, tension adjustable decoiler, winding, overlapping function, pneumatic system, PLC control, and servo system. It has the advantages of a high degree of automation, complete function, strong power, and provides a guarantee for the axial and radial tightness of the coil, especially suitable for the rectangular coil.
