processing step block of transformer core, which was the first invented in China.

(1) Adopt CNC structure, the machining precision is high, and the repetition accuracy is ± 0.2 mm.
(2) At least 3 times the efficiency of an ordinary milling machine. The defect that the original ordinary milling machine is limited by the cutter quantity has been changed and the processing efficiency has been greatly improved.
(3) Simple operation. The whole machining process does not need manual operation, just input the machining coordinates as the corresponding drawings. All automatic completion reduces the dependence on the technical level of the operator.
(4) No carbonization phenomenon. Use professional woodworking saw blade imported from Italy, long service life, smooth processing surface, and no damage on the step-wood.
(5) The machining surface is smooth and can be used without polishing.
(6) The total system is no more than 7.5 kW. Save energy more than 50% than ordinary milling machines, Light and energy saving.
(7) Do not need a foundation for installation, can be placed at any position in the insulating workshop.
